Calling All Swim Officials!
If you have experience as an official for summer league or USA Swimming, please contact Hang Owen as soon as possible. We need to expand our roster of officials to run our meets smoothly. Even if you’re interested in becoming a high school official without prior experience, we would love to have you! The process to become certified is very straightforward.
Please contact Hang –

APS Physical/Athlete Clearance
The link to get to the website is:
https://yorktownhs-ar.rschooltoday.com/.If the student was here last year, the Parents have already created an account and should not create another account because it will not let them.
For new students, here are the instructions for the sports registration site:
You will create one account to register all your children. Be sure to register your children for all the sports they may be interested in. While registering does not guarantee a spot on the team, this information will help to ensure your student is ready to go on the first day of tryouts. Students will not be allowed to try out if they are not registered for the specific sports they wish to try out for. Students may be registered for multiple activities throughout the year and families can sign in as needed to update information. It will be necessary to update this information each school year.
The only part of the physical which will need to be uploaded is the single doctor’s physical examination page which can be found at:
