We have a busy week ahead as we prepare for our first dual meet on Friday, 12/6, against Herndon. Please review the schedule and announcements below carefully, including deadlines and timelines.
Eligibility Reminder:
To compete this week, you must attend at least one practice at YHS. If you are competing in a club championship meet this week or next, please let me know so we can plan accordingly.

Monday, 12/2:
Lifting: 6:45-7:45am
Swim Practice: 3:30-4:30pm (+ 30min Dryland)
Dive Practice: 4:15-5:30pm

Swim/Dive Practice
Wednesday, 12/4:
Lifting: 6:45-7:45am
Team Picture Day:
Girls: 3:15pm in the Cafeteria
Boys: 3:35pm in the Cafeteria

1. Meet Registration
To be entered into the lineup for Friday’s meet, please complete the registration form here:

2. Meet Volunteers
We need your help to run the meet!

Scoreboard Operator: If interested in being trained for this position (dependent on touchpad functionality), please let me know!
3. Team Picture Day (Wednesday, 12/4)
Pictures will be taken in the cafeteria:
Girls: 3:15pm
Boys: 3:35pm
Team shirts and caps will be distributed during pictures.
If you cannot attend, we will provide your shirt and cap at the next practice.
Note: Questions about individual pictures or orders should be directed to the activities office.
4. Lifting/Dryland
Great effort so far! However, starting this week, athletes must wear proper athletic shoes and clothes to participate. No exceptions.
Lifting: Monday and Wednesday
No lifting on Friday
