Intrasquad Meet – Monday, 1/27
For non-district athletes, tomorrow will be the last day of practice.
We will hold an intrasquad meet during practice.

Lifting Schedule
When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 6:45-7:45am
Who: Open to all athletes (district and non-district).
Note: No lifting if school is canceled or delayed.

Varsity Letter Eligibility
To earn a varsity letter, you must attend two nights of a championship meet.

District Championship Options:
Diving: Thursday, 1/30 at YHS
Boys: 12:45pm | Girls: 4:30pm
Swim Prelims: Friday, 1/31 at WL, 5:30pm
Swim Finals: Saturday, 2/1 at WL, 5:30pm
