With the conclusion of the swim season and the winter awards night, it is time for us to look toward a future without Coach Torey and Coach Kait. They have dedicated themselves selflessly and we appreciate everything they have done for the last eight years.

Given the swim team’s track record of inclusion and competitiveness, finding the right coach to continue the success and build on it is paramount. We can use everyone’s help in this process.

Please reach out to any swim coach you have interacted with who you think would be the right fit for our school and swim team. Encourage them to apply by emailing Mr. Krulfeld with a resume and note of interest. This collective effort by parents and athletes has often produced the best candidates for us to hire in other coaching searches.

We anticipate selecting a new coach in April based on the candidate pool and timing of inquiries. While there is no set date for resumes, the next few weeks are the best time to reach out to those who would be successful head coaches for our team.
